However with a recommendation by a company such as yourselves who are held in high regard throughout the country, it helped make my decision as to which company to choose so much easier. (I did not only discuss the purchase of the stairlift with the company you recommended but with others too.). Another deciding factor was that I felt that because of your recommendation I could trust the company to do a good job and if I had problems which the company would not address, that I might appeal to you for advice. (I don't know if that's true but I did feel you might be a 'safety net' !). Many thanks.	5/5
